Cialis

Belonging to a class of medications known as PDE-5 inhibitors, Cialis acts in the same way as Viagra by blocking an enzyme called phosphodiesterase-5, found primarily in the penis.

Just how does Cialis work?

By inhibiting PDE-5, Cialis ensures that the smooth muscle in the penis remains relaxed for longer, allowing more blood flow into the cavernous tissue, creating an erection.

As with other drugs, Cialis requires you to still have sexual stimulation for an erection to occur. Once you ejaculate, your erection will fade naturally, but the Cialis remains in your body for a period of 24 hours after its intake - therefore will give an erection on being sexually stimulated anytime during this period.

The results of recent clinical trials showed that 88% of men experienced improvement with their erections and were able to achieve erections from 12-24 hours after taking. Available in both 10mg and 20mg tablets, it comes with a recommended dose of no more than one pill (10/20mgs) per day.
